This isn’t even meant to be funny; it’s just an exercise in replacing certain words in a news story about a militia with others about healthcare and considering the results.
Federal agents from the Internal Revenue Service, Bureau of Investigation, and Ted Kennedy Memorial Health Rationing Board swarmed a makeshift health clinic in Michigan yesterday, arresting eight doctors who were audaciously planning to treat patients without government authority.

Physicians Militia?
At this point in time, I read stuff like this and I am just not sure it is sarcasm.
I run a small business and we got our marching orders and new tax mumbo-jumbo in the mail today. I can’t believe my eyes. I still haven’t really taken it all in, but I now unders5tand why the big boys hit the panic button.
Everyone is going to keep what they got...except for the ones that have to get axed because we can’t afford them. And these are people we care about. I have been reading and re-reading and crunching the numbers. I think Cat is underestimating the impact. We don’t stop this now and I mean RIGHT now, we are just screwed. We need to win back the House and the Senate and just de-fund this mess.
We sell manufacturing equipment. Every once in a while i go to the phone and pick it up just to see if there is a dial tone. If we don’t get back on track, I promise you, as someone who has been closely involved with selling equipment to small and large businesses alike for many, many years, we will lose our base entirely and it won’t come back. We will be Europe, socialism and all.
Like you, several million people will need to take time away from their businesses and family to fight this battle over the next three years.
Maybe when enough people get fed-up and damn tired of the
DC- BS some may act by shutting down for a couple of days. First the small shops and lone independent workers, then the medium sized shops will take some days off. The ultimate destination will be 3-5 day strikes. Non violent shut down the economy strikes,union,non-union and everyday Joes and Janes. They want European economy give them European Strikes and strife.

I wish there were some way to do a CG representation of what TWO MILLION silent, madder than hell conservatives swarming into that town would look like...I can see it...silent, dark, menacing...the pols would get the shivering fits...then sweep them out of office. If we can’t override the veto util 2012, we can sure as hell shut down the funding if we get back the Congress.
Now they're 'allowed' to process applications for $1.75 each. They have, for now anyway, 275 employees. They won't have that many next month.

Heartbreaking. You can’t imagine how many empty buildings we have in an industrial park where you needed to fight for a parking space. Mostly small businesses. Phone calls every day, another vendor or another customer gone. People we have dealt with for YEARS...heartbreaking. Our sales are down 35% YTD from last year, which was down from the year before. We got half a crew aand need to lose more. Family and family friends, people we’ve known forever...all in the manufacturing base.
