Contrary to what CNN reported, at least 9,000 people turned out for the Tea Party Express Saturday rally in Sen. Harry Reid's hometown of Searchlight, Nev. Photos tell the story.
If you relied upon CNN for your news about Saturday's Tea Party Express III rally in Searchlight, Nev., you heard only that there were Hundreds of People, At Least Dozens in attendance. In reality, as shown in the photo above, the turnout ranged from 9,000 to 30,000 at the event staged in the hometown of U.S. Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.). One of the people in attendance was my friend, El Marco, who shot the photos shown on this page.
People at the rally showed their opposition to government takeovers of industry.
They showed their opposition to Senator Reid.
Best of all, they showed they have a great sense of humor.
In addition to the photos above, El Marco shares dozens more at his blog, Looking at the Left. Check 'em out!
The black man photo is obviously shopped. We all know there are no black people in the racist Tea Party!
CNN is nothing more that a has-been joke.
As the Democratic News Media will tell you, he was probably spat on and called the N word fifteen times.
If you asked Anderson Cooper and Wolf Blitzer what the capitol of Nevada is, I’d bet they’d say Las Vegas.
Wait—where are all the racist signs? All the gun-totin’ whiteys? All that bitter conservative venom that the MSM loves so well?
El Marco’s stuff is always great.
Good grief, the difference in the looks and dress of leftist protesters and the TPs (Citizens for Anti-Corrupt Government) is phenomenal.
>”If you asked Anderson Cooper and Wolf Blitzer what the capitol of Nevada is, Id bet theyd say Las Vegas.”
lol. same here. You wouldnt believe how many people think Minneapolis is our capital.
The El Rey hotel was once owned by Willie Martello, who Reid disparages as a pimp. But Reid just received four acres of land from Vincent Martellos estate (the brother).
I have written a bombshell book on Reid called HARRY: Money Mob & Influence. It is on Amazon.com. We are slowly working our way up the media food chain, we’ve had to do this on our own because everyone is too scared. Lot’s of mob stuff.
If anyone has stories about Reid that are verifiable, please Freepmail me. There will be a revised edition for last minute updates that are verrrry juicy. Bribery involved. Maybe enough to take Reid down now even before the election.
THanks for posting photos, much of what the MSM carries as “news” (or in some cases as “fact”) is so much spin working to their meme.
One of the great things about FR is the “I was there, here are the pics” that often give a better picture of the actual event, number attending and what was actully said by the invited speakers.
And as recently been shown, what has NOT been said - at least to Dim CONgress critters.....
Dingy Harry involved in bribery - besides the trillions in legislation, enforced by the IRS (we're here to help), that he foisted on us? Holder will be all over these high crimes and misdemeanors...!
ROTFLMAO!!!
[Holder will be all over these high crimes and misdemeanors...! ]
You jest! That’s why we have to go alternative media. Working on that now. And no, I didn’t just join, I’ve been here since 98.
I was there and it was fantastic! Since I was actually there I did not have access to a television to watch any live coverage that might have been broadcast. There were three news helicopters over the scene for at least an hour each - are there any links out there to aerial coverage of this event?
One sad thing is that so many people who wanted to attend underestimated the size of this crowd that I’ll bet hundreds of people (at least that many) were not able to attend. The line of cars from Searchlight was moving so slow it took me an hour to get to the event. The event was halfway over and there was still a backup of two miles in each direction.
That Lamborghini was parked nose-to-nose with a Yugo. On the Bull was a sign that read “Capitalism”, on the Yugo was a sign that read “Socialism.”
It was good for a laugh, before returning to admiring the lines of the VT.
