I saw the Blind Side, and didn’t see any thing leftist in there.

In fact the movie had prayer and Christian values.
It had an anti-drug message.

In fact, the mother gets mad and stands up to a drug dealer and tells him she’s packing all the time and is secretary for the NRA.

Sorry that’s movie is not leftist.

You're right, it isn't.

Whoever this reviewer is, is totally grasping at straws.

Ok, read the article, there is a couple of pokes at bush and Republicans in the movie, that just kind of fall flat. But the movie more than redeems itself.

I bought 5 copies of blind side and gave one to each co-worker. They were thrilled to receive it. I loved the movie and there was nothing leftist about it.

I am sick of that BS about President Bush so called “poke”. It was funny and did not even mention his name. Sometimes people on this site are absolutely LAME!!!

And Sandra Bullock was smoking hot in that movie.
Normally I would dismiss as a chick flick, but it was pretty good.

They did show his picture, remember when Leann went to some agency to find out about adopting Michael? Leann asked “who runs this place” and the women behind the counter pointed at GW’s picture. I found it funny that a movie that is against everything liberls believe won an Academy Award. Family, God, Morals. All the lib actors and actresses trash the same lifestyle that won them an award.

Yes I do remember that part and found it hilarious. The first time I saw the movie I was reserved to see what happened next and since nothing did I was happy about that. The next three times I saw it in the movie theater...I laughed my head off. So total times I saw it at the theater was 4 (had to take others to see it) and number of DVDs I purchased has been 5 so far. If it was Christmas time, everyone I know who gets gifts from us would get a copy.

I watched it this past Friday night. I had too much Vodka so I have to finish it up on Saturday morning. Kathy Bates was good as usual and at first I did not recognize Tim McGraw.

I agree Tim McGraw was understated and hard to distinguish although did a great job. I thought it was funny when LeAnne was picking up the kid, he turned to the kids and said well kids move over he is coming with us (or something to that affect).

I love Kathy Bates, but wasn’t thrilled about that particular part that she played. She has done many great ones though. Yiikes...I will never forget her in Misery.
