Christian, Jew, or Muslim, whoever thinks that this is OK, is sick.
I don’t think you will find any Christian or Jewish sects, no matter how liberal, that have any Scripture or practice that supports this.

Every Bible text that discusses a man marrying a woman discusses a MAN marrying a WOMAN. There is no allowance for child marriage or sex.
If the “talmud” says something different I would be surprised.
“Man” and “woman” are different from “boy” and “girl” in Scripture.
I suppose anyone can say otherwise, but I know of no organization within any Christian or Jewish practice that does.
