The 'undecided' Democrat Allen Boyd has now decided that he will vote yes: "U.S. Rep. Allen Boyd, who voted against national health care last November, said today he will vote for the new bill when it comes to the House floor"....This is the Rep. that had half of the audience walk out when he had a Town Hall Meeting in November...

Bye Bye Boyd-ee! We’re coming for you in November!

All it means is he needs more of his constituents to call. If you know anyone in his district, give that person his number.

These seem to be dribbling out. Is that a tactic? Usually you only use tactics if you need to. Hmm, maybe there is some actual drama here, but I doubt it.

I hope this bastard and his family suffer - and I mean REALLY suffer for this. He needs to know that he will be treated like a pariah when he returns home - and he will return home because his days as a congressional dictator are numbered.

They’re going to try to convince us that’s it’s a done deal before we can get there tomorrow. Maybe keep some from coming.

“The fourth criteria, slowing the rise of medical costs, was the main thing that caused him to vote against the bill a few months ago, but Boyd said he thinks the new version will do that.”
This guy is either brain-dead or a bald-faced liar. Add 50 million people into the healthcare system more regularly, 30 - 40% of doctors hanging up their shingle because the government mandated compensation levels do not justify their risks, government graft and mismanagement of a nationwide program complete with throngs of new government agencies and appointees and he really thinks medical costs will decline?
I think I would rather admit I was bribed into voting for it.

His district extends east to Tallahassistan, home of state government and university parasites.
I live in his district. I attended two of his townhalls last summer. He voted for Cap’n Tax but against National Socialist Healthcare.
Boyd is political dead meat.

You can bet there is a kickback for this slime ball:
 FROM WIKIPEDIA:
Representative Boyd the majority owner of Boyd Family Farms Inc.[6], which is currently receiving farm subsidies[7] appropriated by the same Appropriations Subcommittee of which Boyd is a member. Allen Boyd has received almost $1.3 million in federal farm subsidies since 1996, placing him in the top 3 percent of farmers receiving subsidies nationally, and 12th among more than 5,300 farms that received subsidy money over this period [8].
