There is no known record of Soetoro being born in Hawaii.The newspaper notice is, at best, an allusion to something that may have happened. It is not a record.

Ignoring for the moment that nothing you posted demonstrates anything one way or another, I’m at a complete loss as to what possible relevance this paragraph has:
“Additionally, the Twelfth Amendment states that: ‘[N]o person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.’”
Why was this posted? Just in case Obama tries to run for VP at some point in the future?

As long as the state of Hawaii continues to verify his birth there, it appears that the courts and prosecuting attorneys won't touch this issue. Any prosecuting attorney in the nation can go to a judge and get a subpoena for Obama's original birth records but none have and after two years, it looks like none will. Subpoenaing birth records without the consent of the person named on the document is allowable under Hawaii law as long as a court of competent jurisdiction issues a court order for the document. --- “I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawai‛i State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawai‘i State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawai‘i and is a natural-born American citizen.
