There is no known record of Soetoro being born in Hawaii.The newspaper notice is, at best, an allusion to something that may have happened. It is not a record.

a local citizen conducted a detail research based on the two notices in the paper about his birth. It seems the address cited was bought in 1950 and finally sold in 1970. Also his family could not initially agree on which hospital he as supposedly born in. Another item. His half sister Maya born in indonesia in 1970 also has a Hawaiian certificate of birth,
