Is there an SNL future for Patrick Kennedy? Come to think of it, will SNL do a skit about him tonight?

If you are going to rant at least sound like a man (if you are a man).

They should have tied him down and delivered him back to the rehab he escaped from right after that speech, It was evident he was on PCP or some mind altering drug.

The voice isn't all Patches has in common with Chris Farley.
One major difference is, that when Farley was ridiculous and absurd, it was intentional.

It's always a treat to see someone who's never achieved anything except a lengthy police record and a collection of towels from the finer "rehab" swindles, uh, establishments of the nation lectures the very press that has preserved the rotted remnants of his family's corrupt reality as if they were some great American living treasure.
An oaf, an ignorant drunk with no spine, no intellectual depth, and no grasp on the reality of the "little people" he and his party claim to love but actually despise.
Go away and pursue the life of leisure you're suited for.

It looks like someone spiked Patches Booze & Drugs on The Rocks -- with more drugs. Plus the poor kid doesn't like being ignored and speaking in an empty US House.
He's a Kennedy ya know.
