Thanks for the information. That’s assuming that Ex Post Facto Law gets followed though. Right now none of the laws are being followed in Hawaii, and that’s precisely the problem. That’s why they’re going for blood. And if nobody will enforce the laws I’ve already shown have been broken, who would enforce the Ex Post Facto Law?

Does anybody here live where they can get access to microfilm of the Honolulu Advertiser? I know there’s a place in California - where the College Football championship game was played. Jeesh, my mind is fried, I can’t even remember where that was. Anyway, they’ve got the microfilm there. Is anybody around there who might be willing to do some checking for me? I need to look for a specific obituary in a specific year.

Let me know. I’ll be in and out the rest of the day but I’ll get to you ASAP if anybody can help me out.

who would enforce the Ex Post Facto Law?

Since Ex Post Facto laws are specifically prohibited by the US Constitution, Federal Courts would have jurisdiction.
