Since he was first elected, McCain has been an eccentric, erratic, and frequently liberal member of Congress.
Last week in the Arizona Republic, the senior senator from Arizona claims he was "duped" into voting for TARP.
Now that the Supreme Court has nullified most of his anti-free speech "campaign finance reform" bill, his greatest legacy will probably be his concern over steroid use among baseball players.

I swore off of (and at) McCain a long time ago, but he doesn’t let up. His latest project is extending Federal control of vitamins and other supplements (of which I am a consumer.) He has an unending urge to stick the Federal government into every corner of our lives.
