Dr Ang'awa had worked in Embu, Kiambu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kakamega and Bungoma and was one of the best known members of the medical profession in the country.
Her father was brutally killed when she was a teenager more than 40 years ago, but Lady Justice Mary Ang'awa has opted to forgive his killer. During her reflection at a recent meeting to plan the 40th anniversary of the death of her father, she had no qualms about offering a pardon. "I have forgiven you," she says is the message she has for the killer of Dr James Ang'awa.
One of the pioneer medical specialists in the country, Dr Ang'awa was hit on the head with a blunt object on Tom Mboya Street by an unknown assailant.
A police inquest cleared a suspect who had been arrested although Justice Ang'awa is not convinced the decision was the right one. "My father died a painful death. Investigations and inquests were concluded. I and my brothers--Antony, Hillary, Charles and William-- have climbed a steep path to success with the guidance of our mother Perez. So the best thing to do is to forgive the killer," she told the Sunday Nation.
At the time of her father's death, Justice Ang'awa was a Form One student at Limuru Girls' high school. Her family enjoyed a comfortable life; her father was establishing a reputation for his research into treatment of tuberculosis.
The family lived in high-class government quarters in Upper Hill. Among their neighbours were Dr Njoroge Mungai, former President Kenyatta's personal physician, President Kibaki, who was then minister for Finance and the late Barack Obama Sr, father of American President Barack Obama.
The family was evicted from the house three months after Dr Ang'awa's death.

Its not a little joke..... its a great big one but it is not worth the effort to explain to anyone the obvious reasons that Smith is a con....The easiest place to start is Smiths police record...Of course, for the believer that doesnt make a difference either ....But do a bit of research and hang around the charming Mr Smith a while and maybe you will get the picture
This is really off the wall. I’m just brainstorming so I haven’t thought this through.
What if somebody accused you of forgery? Wouldn’t you then have the right to access any documentation necessary to defend yourself?
Maybe we should be working with Ender Wiggins and his sidekick to get them to report you to law enforcement. Or maybe we could report you to law enforcement for forgery and perjury (the very things Obama is guilty of) so you could defend yourself.
Of course, it wouldn’t be very comfortable for you. I suggested to my husband that we should not pay our taxes so that we would get charged with tax evasion and could defend ourselves by proving that there is no tax law signed by a valid president. It would mean the end of my husband’s career though and he was not too keen on it. So I can well imagine you wouldn’t be keen on it either. Especially as Obama’s minions get more time to manufacture documents. By signing the affidavit you practically dared Obama to charge you with perjury, though. He won’t. He never will, because that would lead to discovery. But maybe somebody else could. Maybe we could find a law enforcement person who would be willing to bring this all to a head.
Again, I’m just thinking out loud. I honestly think that at this point the criminal justice system is the only place that can be forced to say a person has “standing” - but only if somebody is actually accused of something.

I have wondered lately about the Senate pushing a partisan Health Care Program thru with 51 votes, and the Republicans are impotent to stop it, right? What would happen if they all banded together and demanded that Obama prove he meets the qualifications to be POTUS? I believe that they can do that, right? At the very least it would stop the Health Care push dead in its tracks, and just might kill two birds with one stone.

Did the father sign the document? Could the daughter swear that it was her father’s signature? Does she have her father’s medical records? Would she let others have access?

The documents stand by themselves.
He has provided statements concerning how he got them.
There can be forensic Analysis of the document at any time.
The information on the document has been verified.
People have questioned EVERY line of information, it has been debated with verifiable facts.
A thinking person will consider the hard evidence submitted, and not dismiss it because of its means of delivery.
Personally Lucas and I have already had our words, and I think he is a hothead, but that does not change the evidence, nor his willingness to go thru the legal steps.

The money is gone, the documents are in evidence. Fame? LOL look what YOU and many others say about him. So, no money, no fame, just the truth, and he is working, tirelessly I might add to challenge every question, and not just make a smart ass reply, but to reply with facts, verifiable facts.

I have been trying to track down his signature on other documents for one year now.
His family wont talk. I’ve tried contacting his son. He wont answers my emails.

Listen closely woofie....can you prove the document is fake? Has anyone proven the document is fake? Has the court system determined it to be fake?
Lets be clear, I am not interested in Lucas Smiths personal life, just the authenticity of the document.
Under the Federal Rules of Evidence (FRE) certified BC's issued by US states, such as the HI COLB, are considered to be "self-authenticating" in federal court unless challenged. The HI COLB would be granted a hearsay exception and wouldn't require authentication by HI authorities to be entered into evidence in court.
However the FRE requires that certified foreign documents, such as InspectorSmith's CPGH BC, must be authenticated by the authorities of that country if they are to be entered into evidence.
Given the extremely corrupt and dangerous political environment in Kenya where authentication or non-authentication would likely go to the highest bidder, Obama's team would likely easily obtain a rejection of InspectorSmith's CPGH BC as a "fake". Also, a man claiming to be Obama's tribal cousin, Raila Odinga, is Prime Minister of Kenya who is doubtless aware that a Kenya birth for Obama would make him ineligible to be POTUS.
Note that the top national police officer of Kenya was fired and his deputy was demoted four days after Lucas Smith (InspectorSmith) filed his affidavit in Judge Carter's court in CA revealing that he had paid off a guard, most likely a national police officer, to look the other way while he obtained the CPGH BC.

They’re on the thread at http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/bloggers/2457491/posts?page=2436#2436 in the last couple hundred posts saying that they made the EF Lavender Kenyan BC as a prank.
I think it’s a good sign that they’re having to go on defense. The Factcheck COLB has already been proven to be a forgery - by Janice Okubo’s own indirect admission.
The birth announcements will be the next to fall, and they know it.
It all means that the Kenyan birth certificate has just as much - if not more - legal veracity than anything Hawaii’s got for Obama, since an amended BC doesn’t count as prima facie evidence.
We’re surrounded by a mocking media and fearful politicians, but we’ve defeated Obama’s lies in Rohan. We’re meeting them in Gondor. And now they’re gathering the orcs in Mordor, where the ring can finally be destroyed...
