Dr Ang'awa had worked in Embu, Kiambu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kakamega and Bungoma and was one of the best known members of the medical profession in the country.
Her father was brutally killed when she was a teenager more than 40 years ago, but Lady Justice Mary Ang'awa has opted to forgive his killer. During her reflection at a recent meeting to plan the 40th anniversary of the death of her father, she had no qualms about offering a pardon. "I have forgiven you," she says is the message she has for the killer of Dr James Ang'awa.
One of the pioneer medical specialists in the country, Dr Ang'awa was hit on the head with a blunt object on Tom Mboya Street by an unknown assailant.
A police inquest cleared a suspect who had been arrested although Justice Ang'awa is not convinced the decision was the right one. "My father died a painful death. Investigations and inquests were concluded. I and my brothers--Antony, Hillary, Charles and William-- have climbed a steep path to success with the guidance of our mother Perez. So the best thing to do is to forgive the killer," she told the Sunday Nation.
At the time of her father's death, Justice Ang'awa was a Form One student at Limuru Girls' high school. Her family enjoyed a comfortable life; her father was establishing a reputation for his research into treatment of tuberculosis.
The family lived in high-class government quarters in Upper Hill. Among their neighbours were Dr Njoroge Mungai, former President Kenyatta's personal physician, President Kibaki, who was then minister for Finance and the late Barack Obama Sr, father of American President Barack Obama.
The family was evicted from the house three months after Dr Ang'awa's death.

After a great deal of time I concluded that Smith is a con, a nut case and a liar
He is also a mean snake and has burned bridges with people who tried to help him . He is running a con

Look, he’s living in a glass house. These people are adults. They make choices to believe or not. Whether he’s up front or not, these posters are not children. Their choices are theirs, win, lose or draw.

I believe that one has been discussed on FR several times, and has been shown to be internet myth. Here is a thread on this from 2008, with Chairman of the Keyes campaign confirming this never happened. The report may have been a distortion of what did get said during the debate: "I’m not running to be the minister of Illinois. I’m running to be its United States Senator."

I pointed out that Judge Carter clearly appears to have relied on Lucas Smith's affidavit alleging Orly's attempt to suborn perjury when Carter called her integrity in question, which is truly exceptional for a judge to do to a member of the bar without a hearing.

BP2 showed how the “Punk’d” version of this one doesn’t match what was actually posted so the story of the “punking” doesn’t hold water. There are 3 or 4 anomalies - the most obvious one being the brown spot on the mother’s portion and a misspelled word associated with that.
There’s another thread where Ender Wiggins and his bud are claiming they did the “punking” - but the last time I checked there, nobody had even addressed BP2’s forensic evidence that the “Punk’d” image doesn’t even match the image Taitz has. Pretty shoddy work to claim you posted a hoax when what you have as your “proof” doesn’t even match what was posted.
These people are into big-time disinformation. They’re running scared. That’s what’s going on in Hawaii too. They’re running scared. And the cover-up only draws attention to that fact.

Thank you, I have not been told that was a myth. I do try very hard to be solid in my facts, but I have personally seen things just vanish after seeing the page a few minutes earlier. Even some news sites. Especially after the Governor of Illinois scandal last year. When Obama said he hadn’t talked to him, or something... and then there was an article discussing him talking about a meeting he had (basically prove him to be lying) the article was taken down. Luckily a few Freepers grabbed a screen shot before. That happened more than once even!
It just makes me question everything when the so called “watchdogs” are doing everything they can to cover for him. It makes me sick and I question their sanity. Journalism used to be a proud occupation. Now they are content to be lapdogs for the Democrats.

I just read through the obamafile.com family history page. All the references to BO Sr. have him living in Hawaii and attending school there and applying to Harvard. The page says he was there until June 22, 1962 when he left to go to graduate school at Harvard (at which time Ann Dunham and baby Obama were living in Seattle). The page also says that no one knows for sure where all the players were during this time and there are a number of conflicting reports that have surfaced regarding their locations. There are confusing statements from some of the family in Kenya, for example.
