Dr Ang'awa had worked in Embu, Kiambu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kakamega and Bungoma and was one of the best known members of the medical profession in the country.
Her father was brutally killed when she was a teenager more than 40 years ago, but Lady Justice Mary Ang'awa has opted to forgive his killer. During her reflection at a recent meeting to plan the 40th anniversary of the death of her father, she had no qualms about offering a pardon. "I have forgiven you," she says is the message she has for the killer of Dr James Ang'awa.
One of the pioneer medical specialists in the country, Dr Ang'awa was hit on the head with a blunt object on Tom Mboya Street by an unknown assailant.
A police inquest cleared a suspect who had been arrested although Justice Ang'awa is not convinced the decision was the right one. "My father died a painful death. Investigations and inquests were concluded. I and my brothers--Antony, Hillary, Charles and William-- have climbed a steep path to success with the guidance of our mother Perez. So the best thing to do is to forgive the killer," she told the Sunday Nation.
At the time of her father's death, Justice Ang'awa was a Form One student at Limuru Girls' high school. Her family enjoyed a comfortable life; her father was establishing a reputation for his research into treatment of tuberculosis.
The family lived in high-class government quarters in Upper Hill. Among their neighbours were Dr Njoroge Mungai, former President Kenyatta's personal physician, President Kibaki, who was then minister for Finance and the late Barack Obama Sr, father of American President Barack Obama.
The family was evicted from the house three months after Dr Ang'awa's death.

Whatever Hawaii birth certificate Obama comes up with, if it doesn’t explain what we’ve already experienced with the Hawaii government it better not be accepted as the real deal. The crimes that have been committed cannot go away even if Obama is able to age a document so it passes as authentic.
This is why I really believe that the criminal justice system needs to be brought into this.
And I think you’re right about the “court of public opinion” - which is why the dems are willing to try to go for broke by using this as a wedge issue between conservatives. They can’t win the case on its merits. If we had a factual conversation in the public sphere about this Obama would lose big-time. So they’re trying to make it into a big political game.
Law enforcement should never be subject to political games. We saw it with the Duke lacrosse case. We saw it with Scooter Libby. We’ve seen it with William Jefferson. Heck, we saw it with Bill Clinton and his “Magnificent Seven” DC Circuit Court judges who bypassed the random assignment of cases to get the Clinton buddies’ cases for themselves.
I think we REALLY need to push hard on the law enforcement aspect of this because whether it is considered “conspiracy” or not, we have ample proof that law enforcement at every level has refused to investigate valid concerns and evidence brought forth by the public. And only a moron would say it’s “extreme” to expect law enforcement to put politics aside.
Good investigation tracks down ALL leads. Even slight things.

The weight on the Kenyan BC is not the same as the weight Obama noted in “Dreams From My Father”. On p 22 he says he was 8 lb 2 oz at birth.
Kind of a peculiar thing to note. It comes in the middle of a passage already documented to be chock-full of lies regarding BHO and SAD’s story. I’m thinking maybe Bill Ayers was trying to get in all the documentable stuff he had to lie about all at once so he could use his artistic energy freely on the rest of the book.

In fact, when Orly Taitz first revealed it, I had NoCompromise (of http://nocompromisemedia.com) get ahold of Dr. Taitz and warn her that she should hold off on using this as “proof” because we doubted the veracity of her newly discovered registration of birth because it named Kenya as the “Coast Province, Republic of Kenya.”
Kenya, at that time was called the “Kenya Colony” and wasn’t called the Republic of Kenya until 12 December 1964.
This document is dated 17 February 1964; Ten months prior to Kenya’s name change! So, it certainly had our red flags popping up.
Anyway, back to the story; NoCompromise called up Dr. Taitz and they exchanged pleasantries. When NoCompromise told Dr. Taitz that we doubted the veracity of the birth certificate because of the “Republic of Kenya” reference, Dr. Taitz suddenly became agitated and said she would get back to NoCompromise later, but had to go. That was it.
Never heard back from Dr. Taitz again...
So, I crossed Dr. Taitz off my list of “reliable” sources...

The CPGH 1961 Mombasa birth certificate has NEVER been discredited. I work day and night conducting research into objective investigation of the Kenyan birth. I’ve spent thousands dollars in travel and buying other old documents which back the Kenyan birth.
I’m not going to answer the same questions over and over and over and over again just because viagra poppers like you get off on attempting dicredit me and the CPGH 1961 document.
Maybe you should join up with GreatKim aka Mik Tearg and you guy both can hand job each other while Kim creates a few more forgeries and tells a few more tall tales in his attempt to discredit me. True, but it still appears to this non-lawyer to be admissible under a hearsay exception.
My take on the FRE 803 (below) is that an HI COLB is _presumed_ to be "self-authenticating" so no subpoena desus tecum is required if actually placed in evidence in court.
This means no HI official need appear in court to testify as to the COLB authenticity under an explicit exception to the "hearsay rule" which means that an HI COLB placed in evidence (not with Factcheck) is basically the equivalent of prima facie evidence, but still can be challenged, just as prima facie evidence can be challenged.
(Again, this exception to the hearsay rule does not apply to foreign certified vital records, such as a Kenya BC.)

Obama’s BC was amended during the time he was considering a run for the presidency, if the Hawaii DOH has been honest and accurate in the particular requests in question (which is a big “if”, granted).
I think it’s highly unlikely that SAD had anything to do with either Obama’s original BC or the amendment to it.
