President Barack Obama's euphemistically named Bipartisan Health Care Summit is just hours away. Rarely have so many anticipated so little from so few, but the media (and many news junkies) are treating this summit as some sort of political super bowl. And so for those who wish to follow along at home, we offer this brief guide to the who, what, when, where, and how. We'll leave the why up to you to figure out.

Perhaps some sort of mischief will occur which will remove the Miscreant-in-Chief from the headlines tomorrow.
Televised? or no?
Yes. The TV coverage info is contained in the article.
I’ll get the popcorn... you get the beer.
This event might be 0bama’s Waterloo if the Republicans handle it in the right manner.
It starts at 10am so how about coffee and danish instead? :)
Chicken for the republicans
Let’s hope the Republicans don’t turn “chicken”.
"It is the Republicans fault", "it's Bush's fault"
That is all you need to know.
If the republicans cave on this it will not be forgiveable!
Thanks for the post....Looks like Bo will be the referee of this and the democrates determined the topics and overseeing them..ok so how is this suppose to be a fair meeting?
Why have a meeting? He already has his plan posted.
“If the republicans cave on this it will not be forgiveable!”
I agree with you. I am almost willing to bet that they will cave just as they always do.
There does appear to be a moment before things get underway where a demo and rat will speak....that will likely draw the line one way or another I would imagine. But Bo overseenig this like a referee..What a joke!
I hope the Rep’s do ask for the 6hrs. to be split between the parties and let their people speak. Time will tell how this goes...I don’t feel good about it...

“If the republicans cave on this it will not be forgiveable!”
They don’t care.
I’m thinking that this dog & pony show is just an excuse for reconciliation.
Obama: “ I tried to reason with the Republicans, but they wouldn’t listen to reason.”
What I fear is that Obozo will say that he will throw a couple things GOP in the bill and claim it is bipartisan.
Then when a bill is up to be voted on, they will strip those things out of the bill and vote before anyone can see their treachery.
Pubbies better hold tough or they can see their 2010 chances gone and forgotten.
That is definitely in the picture.
Also, he wants the MSM to report that "he won the debate" as in the previous encounter with Repubs, and he thinks the left wing base will be happier.
