"It's not a perfect bill," Brown said after the vote. "I was comfortable with that vote... It is the first step in creating jobs, not only for the people of Massachusetts but for the people of the country.

AT SOME POINT??? It’s the first freaking vote! LOL!
I don’t think this should surprise anyone. It was pretty clear from his rhetoric that he’s good for blocking healthcare but maybe not much else—essentially a better-looking John McCain
Double face palm time. SSHHHEEEEESSHHHH
Still only a moron would have expected him to be a Reagan conservative.
What else would be expected from Mass. but another RINO to join the herd.
He promised to be #41.
The GOP could only supply 37.
Where’s all that “SCOTT BROWN - 2012” stuff now??
Probably doing what the people of MA expected him to do.
Well, that didn’t take long. Just another political whore.
The Democrats are about to use him and then discard him like a two dollar whore. But as long as he has been in politics if he does not know the Democrat Party’s tactics by now he never will.
He voted with the rest of the girls, snowe, collins, and voinovich.
Anyone really surprised that he could have his head turned so easily.
Aaaaand.......John McCain was the FIRST Republican in Washington to get behind Scotty’s campaign. Should’nt we have expected him to behave a lot like McCain? A weathervane?
Or throw $15B at ACORN (or whatever they are called today) and keep 50K of them in 30K a year for 10 years in jobs rounding up votes, doing the census and counseling prostitutes on how to avoid federal income taxes.
That’s why I promote my congressional choice tirelessly. I know the man and I know where he stands. He’s as conservative as you’ll ever see in washington. (Both fiscally and socially) He’s a pro drilling, pro life, pro 2nd amendment, anti tax, anti amnesty conservative. Plus he’s leading the marxist incumbant.
Feel free to send a few bucks his way it would be actually well spent on Michigan for once. I wouldn’t promote him so heartily if he were a RINO.

It’s not so much that this guy is a RINO, it’s that this kills momentum. The GOP had been very effective at killing this nonsense legislation. Now the logjam has been broken in pursuit of “bipartisanship”. Now Brown’s words can and will be used the rest of the GOP in the bigger fights.
No. He’s either gutless or an idiot. A gutless person is afraid to explain that jobs don’t come from a jobs bill. An idiot doesn’t even know that job don’t come from a jobs bill.
Not as bad as it sounds then. But he has to be watched like a hawk.
Dear Senator Brown:
In re: your barely-concealed, “Oh, golly gee” presidential aspirations in the wake of your vote for the “’Jobs’ Bill, please see the following:

Scott Brown looks a little bit and sounds somewhat like the Al Bundy shoe salesman character on ‘Married with Children”.
When almost everyone was having an orgasm over his election, some of us here tried to dampen that response cautioning that his history had shown glimpses of the very thing he did today.
