I worked in a grocery store as a kid. Once in a while, someone would get on the PA system and say, “James Brady to the vegetable aisle, please.”
Bummer I’m in CA. One of these days I’ll be out of here until then it just sucks but at least the weather is nice!
Virginia 17 :(
Hopefully we’ll lower that before the next scorecard.
If not, I want to move to Utah.
Ping.
time to go on a diet!
PA does have some nice laws, for the most part, but I don’t think there should be any paperwork for any transaction, even from an FFL. I would argue that handguns having to be transfered through an FFL unless going from parent to child would preclude PA from having the best laws.
They also have an age limit for a CCW. NH doesn’t.
Handguns need no paperwork for inter-family transfer within state. Don’t know how many other states do this, but my guess is not many.
The downside is alot of small cities in the state are moving to have reporting laws. Who is going to check to see if every gun they have every day is there? Why is the onus once again on law abiding citizens?
There are very few states that require paperwork for the private transfer of handguns within the state. If PA requires this for non-family members, it would be more restrictive than most.
This is the only time where I want to get a failing grade.

Low grades are the best grades in this situation. It is rather like golf scores.

Exactly. Although, My golf score could make me in the Honor roll/Dean’s List category :p
But you are right.
Hi Marktwain,
Thanks for the list. Do you know when Brady started issuing scores or where to find scores from previous years online? I’d like to compile scores from all years to see trends.
Thanks!
They do not make it easy to find, do they? It is almost as if they want to be able to change their history at will.
