With the presence of Ephraim Halevy, former head of the Mossad (1998-2002) and the current deputy director of the Mossad, whose identity is classified.
Classified identities have been masked in the video. The film has been authorized for publication to the author of this post by the Israeli Intelligence Heritage & Commemoration Center.

The volunteer agent decorated was an English native who doesn’t know English.
As for your first point, you’re correct to be surprised : to my knowledge, it is the first time ever that the Mossad allows such content to be made public.
