Like the true gentleman he is, The Welshman from the Liberty Sphere CLICK LINK HERE comes to the aid of a lady in distress. Kudos to him!
There is something squirrely about the whole Glenn Beck phenomenon and it maybe time to examine this so- called conservative who sheds crocodile tears on Television and surrounds himself with a radio pack of wannabe Howard Stern Hyenas.

I get the impression a supporter got his panties in a wad when she stepped in it - and she stepped in it bigtime. Whoever she is, and whatever else she represents, her non-responsive answer would earn a quick and decided kiss off from me.

I think some very good questions have been raised in that regard. There are some very good arguments I bet she doesn't even know what Truthers have claimed. Suspect she was trying to play it safe. Do what our schools teach...never judge anything. 99% of the time that is the safe way to handle things. Spineless but safe. This time wasn't.

I know - the Medina pings are getting a little stale. Sorry - just trying to ping you to all election-related threads.

So where is the sucker punch? I'd call that a softball question.
And she answered according to her beliefs...I think the American people have not seen all of the evidence there. So I've not taken a position on that.
"It's a 'my Muslim faith' and '57 states' moment for Debra. Texas voters are fortunate to know where she stands - those voters that didn't already know.

With all due respect, she sucker punched herself - and Ill still vote for her.
I think it has to do with the way technical people look at the world.
If you listen to the links thoughtfully provided you hear her say quite simply she DOES NOT HAVE A POSITION.
Is this a bad public relations move? In the context of the current public debate probably so.
People who think technically will admire her straight forward answer, all the other usual suspects who can not think technically will scratch their brainwashed heads.
If the answer is not no, you must be crazy.
A society that exalts philosphers because philosophy is a high calling and denigrates plumbers because plumbing is a lowly trade will have neither pipes nor theories which hold water.
Best regards,

A lesson for the Tea Party movement. They need to begin to be more careful about who they let out front as a “leader”. This truther is just embarrassing.
I give Beck credit for exposing the nut before we end up with a Texas version of John Edwards.

Ah yes, that entire statement you gave just reminded me of Obama. It boils down to we just don’t “get it” right?
We understand. We understand she either believes it herself or she refuses to denounce it since the bulk of her support comes from them. Either way she punched herself. For sane people not beholden to the insane it’s an easy yes or no question even from a “technical” standpoint from which this insanity has been debunked again and again.
To: GeronL
The first thing I notice in an interview is when the interviewee refuses to answer a Yes-or-No question, answering instead with a canned paragraph. I notice that Democrats NEVER answer with a Yes or No. Republicans almost never.

Yes, if you listen carefully she said she didn’t have a position, but she followed up afterwards with a press release saying she is not a Truther. I have no reason to disbelieve her denial, but the KBH and Perry supporters have been saying that her answer to Beck was affirmative and that the immediate clarification is a deception.
She bungled the interview, and it is a shame. Still, giving a bad interview is far less a fault than the years of betrayal that Perry and KBH have given us.

I had planned to vote for Medina, even though I didn’t think she would beat Perry.
I want Perry to get a message, he’s been too much of a rino.
Her answer bothers me. I don’t buy the truther stuff, I do not think our gov’t was involved.
There are a couple of interesting questions the truthers raise or ones that haven’t been addressed completely.
Medina stepped in it, she tends to want to talk a little more than nessasary to directly answer the question.
I noticed that in one of the debates. Looks like that bit her in the butt.

In the interests of full disclosure you will of course answer the oldest political question of all:
When did you stop beating your wife?(Husband)?

People who think technically will admire her straight forward answer,
If it were a straight forward answer, why did she feel the need to refute it later?
philosophy is a high calling and denigrates plumbers because plumbing is a lowly trade
Everyone is a philosopher and no one needs them but not every one IS a plumber and everyone NEEDS them. Lowly trade?
If you have to work so hard to decide what she meant and hope others see it your/her way .... well, good luck, Texas!

Noboby can “Sucker Punch” me and win. She either said something stupid or she didn’t. The School began early and as far as I can tell it is still on. If the left cannot explain their standing they are no longer in school.
