How is Perry a RINO?
He’s not a RINO; he’s a semi-RINO - good on life and gun issues. BUT, he and the Republican establishment have regularly betrayed us on spending, taxes, property rights, border enforcement, and other issues.
From what I've read, he has completely failed to secure the border, and worse, he actually showed support of Bush amnesty. Also, he allegedly made mandatory the immunization of young teen girls against STD's and removed the choice from parents. I don't count plain failures to push his agenda on him because, like a president, he's reliant on a congress due to the wonderful checks-and-balances we've modeled nationwide. But supporting amnesty and being the person who signs a law like mandating parents immunize their children against an STD is very liberal and those decisions - if true - came down to his signature.
