Fire Robert Gibbs!
Big Bureaucracy ^ | February 9th, 2010 | Ellie Velinska

Posted on 02/09/2010 7:38:53 PM PST by Big Bureaucracy

The White House press-secretary Robbert Gibbs has been torturing the nation with his weird sense of humor since day one on this position. The Gibbs’s gig was mainly mumbling on the issues and giggling when pressed for answers. President Obama should follow on his promise that the US does not torture and fire Mr. Gibbs.

With third of the nation unemployed and two wars that our young man and women are fighting overseas Gibbs decided that it is wise to spend time mocking Sarah Palin during official White House briefing. During times when Medicare and Social Security are going broke at home and Iran may be on a verge of a civil war in two days, the White House press-secretary Robert Gibbs demonstrated prepared remarks on his palm mocking Sarah Palin and for that matter the whole hopey-dopey-changey thing this administration is running. He probably thought that the world needs comedy that day.

It is time for Robert Gibbs to clean up his desk, put the joke books in a box and leave the White House. I am sure that he may succeed and have a great career on Comedy Central or may be in a circus. Red nose and a rainbow wig would do the trick to put in sync his oral performance with appropriate work attire.

The White House should be focused on events that are important and cut the jokes while the American people suffer at home and die abroad.

Robert Gibbs is a disgrace and this time he really got to go. Gibbs! Time for you to resign before they kick you out of there.

This White House is a really small ( in character ) White House.

It chooses to pick on PRIVATE CITIZENS!

Not only Sarah, but Joe the Plumber, etc.....remember?

This is not a nice group of silly liberals, this is a rat pack of elite liberals who although completely inept, are capable of great mockery and even cruelty. And ALL of them are afraid to pick on REAL POLITICIANS that might come right back at them...so they go after private citizens in the hopey changey thingie of pretending this makes them appear big and strong.

Unfortunately, the Press Secretary serves at the appreciation of the employer, the president. We allocate that tax money to be used by the president as he sees fit. However, we have the choice to roll our eyes at him and vote accordingly, so I say, “Let him be an @$$.” The people will see this as such and vote their opinion in 2012.

“He’s such a petty little man.”

Precisely why I hope he stays right where he is. He’s certainly no Tony Snow.

Keep him right were he is. Obama is tanking and Gibbs childish handling of real opposition is of absolutely no help.

The fact that they find it necessary to respond to Gov. Palin, even in a petty manner, is a very positive development. Can you imagine Fleischer or Snow resorting to such triviality? She is definitely getting under their skin, which I’m sure is her intention.

Gibbs is ineffectual, somewhat amusing in a bad way. He reminds me of the guy with the red stapler on Office Space.

Let him be. He makes the White House look silly. As if they need the help.

Gibbs no longer acting the fool at the podium would change nothing.

The same for Napalitano, Holder, Emmanuel or any other hack infesting the WH should they resign or be fired.

Only when the lying, big eared muslim vacates the WH for good will it then make a difference.

It apparently started to go viral on twitter today and the messages were not very flattering for Obama and Co.

Absolutely! Sarah Palin is not an elected official. Instead of dealing with the enemies of America they go after their political enemies.

And replace him with whom? Anyone who works as a mouthpiece for Obama is going to routinely come across as an arrogant little asshat.
