I agree. I find all I need is a couple of minutes talking to someone to innocently determine their "camp". They don't know who we are. We don't have the various versions of the "union hall". “the Takers.”

Then the question becomes, are you an Owner or a Taker?

It’s a way of reframing back to reality - because the “Owner” label tries to force a presumption that there is no middle class - only the communist false summation of rich and poor.

The slightly revamped version of the ‘30s (or before) “the Bosses”. It first was used in class warfare—the struggle between the working poor and their bosses—to organize labor unions. “Bosses” became more generalized, meaning any large group with power and money. Well, bosses, owners, whatever. New boss, same as the old boss.

I have a mortgage on a condo owned by Chase, that is if the City of Atlanta doesn’t lay claim to it first if I miss a tax payment.

The work I have, when I have it, is divided 50 percent to pay taxes and fees to the federal, state, and city governments, so I don’t even own but 50% of my time.

I own a car, but I can’t use it unless I pay for the tags and registration and insurance to take it on the roads that I don’t own but do pay for.

So, I may own some clothes, and a few odds and ends, but aside from that, I ask for permission to use things from every entity that actually owns it.
