Those who don’t agree with me are not necessarily evil, just wrong. Sometimes I’m wrong, too, but I don’t like to admit it.
Face it: we have big problems to confront in this country. John McCain is, at the most, a small problem.
We must unite to remove the dangerous people who are out to destroy our way of life. McCain is not one of them.
Sarah knows this. She needs a team, and she’s building one. Sometimes you have to play with people you don’t like but who can pull their weight on the court.
We need to be cheerleaders, not the jeering jerk in the bleachers.
Sarah is ill-advised in this regard.

This is true, but also irrelevant to whether Mr. McCain and his current chosen course of conduct should be respected - Mr. McCain’s policy choices must stand or fall on their own merits, not on the derivative merit Mr. McCain might derive from having introduced Ms. Palin to the national stage.
Bottom line on anything that Sarah does or says. It is her decision to make. No human being can please everyone all the time.
and i wish that were the case, because she would still be in Alaska as the governor, building up experience... i just think a full term-and-a-half as governor would have been better... she came on the national stage a little too soon--in my opinion... should she campaign for McCain? if she wants to... but then those purists who support her can no longer hold these kinds of things against other Republicans... it would be hypocritical...
Sarah has said many times that her life has been guided by God. If so, then perhaps God was using McCain.

I’m not exactly sure how pro-life he is (I have heard that he is wishy-washy on that subject), but he is pro-illegal immigration, he is an internationalist who seeks to eliminate the borders of the US (by being a member of the Council on Foreign Relations), he has little respect for the 1st & 2nd Amendments (McCain/Feingold & gun control), he is insultive to those who are more conservative than he is (I was DEEPLY offended when he said “Thank God & Greyhound he’s gone” when Pat Buchanan left the GOP in the mid-90’s or so), & he doesn’t have the temperment nor the rationality to be POTUS.
McCain is not reliable. McCain has but few firm principles. Association with McCain will cast doubts on Sarah’s reliability.
