60% of the votes in 52 Brown 47 Coakley according to Fox.
CBS has predicted victories with 3 percent of the vote in or less.
I think we can crack open the plastic package with the party hats now!
Happy Days are here again.

I’m curious to know how Leonminster ends up. Of course, it’s not Fitchburg, but why would they want to be? ;)

IMO, David Gergen turned this election upside down with his arrogant question to Scott Brown.
Mr. Brown picked up the gift and the rest is history.
This is not Kennedy’s seat, this is the people’s seat.

Western Massachusetts towns – historically a Democratic stronghold – that Obama won handily (75%) are going 60-65% for Coakley.

Well, at this point, even many liberal editorials state that, for the Dems to push healthcare through Congress quickly in order to prevent Scott Brown’s contribution, would be political suicide. Pelosi knows that her seat is safe since San Francisco is completely out of touch with the rest of the nation and Reid knows that he is toast already, so they’ll try to push it through but there are a lot members who aren’t going to be so anxious to alienate the electorate back home because they will surely lose their seat.
