A friend pointed me to an AT&T-Yahoo online opinion poll today that asks visitors to respond to a single question about President Barack Obama and the economy.

The question is worded this way: The president's progress with the battered economy has been both praised and criticized. How well are his efforts measuring up with you? The possible answers read like this:

As of 7:30 a.m. today, 63 percent of more than 52 million voters had chosen, "Not well at all. His plans are hurting more than helping."

Stunning.

Wonder what they would think of the promise of a one hundred million dollar investment in Haiti with promises of more to come.
