According to Wikipedia,there are two towns in NY called Fulton. One is in Oswego County. The other is in Schohaire County. (Hmm, that’s a new one for me. I always thought that each city/town in a state had to have a unique name).
To which Fulton does this article refer?

To which Fulton does this article refer? Not sure which county, my bet is Oswego, but it is the Fulton that is just to the East of Lake Ontario above Syracuse.
