RNC chair Michael Steele doesn't think his party can take back the House in '10, and even if they do, he doesn't know if the GOP is ready.

I’ve tried to sit back, and give Steele the benefit of the doubt, but that patience is wearing thin. His thinking has to be taken against the backdrop of our present leadership, which rivals the worst any nation in the history of the world has ever experienced. Ridding ourselves of the leadership we poisoned ourselves with in 2006 is the first step to stopping the national suicide we are committing.
Where does that $1,000,000 number come from? The RNC for sure gave her $5,000 .... how did they get more to her?...magritte
Newt Gingrich jumped the shark when he endorsed Dede Scozzafava. We need to look to rising stars like Tom McClintock, Mike Pence or Steve Shadegg.
This is what happens when you appoint people to positions based solely on race. If the GOP can’t do a better job then the criminal incompetence in the Big GooseEgg’s administration , then we’re truly sunk.
I’m talking about when he was Speaker of the House. Now he just wants to make money and he’s selling himself to anyone.
Back when Steele was campaigning for the RNC position, I was surprised by how many people thought he was a Reagan conservative. He was considered a mainstream Republican in Maryland politics, which means he would be considered a RINO in more conservative states.
This video is for Steele too,,, I consider him a threat to our freedom..he needs to be fired

The last leader we had that was truly not bi-partisan was Tom Delay.
OK, I’m on board now. Michael Steele has to go.
“Where does that $1,000,000 number come from?”
“I can’t give a number [of seats the GOP will win] yet, because like I said, we’re just now beginning to look at the races,” Steele said.
And, this guy is out on a friggin’ book tour?!
If she was in this position and had control over the political direction of the RNC, money would flow in like water, and the GOP would almost certainly retake both houses of Congress this year. This would also set her up nicely for the 2012 campaign.
Un freaking believable! Resign you defeatist moron!
BINGO!
He even screwed-up that part. He's got a book that's titled "Right Now" - and his sales pitch is "Well, Maybe Later"?!
Time to bring out the vaudeville hook.
Then resign, you a$$.
Purge the whole damn party of these Rockefeller Rinos.
