Kelly McParland: Thanks mad bomber. Thanks a lot.

Posted: December 28, 2009, 9:23 AM by NP Editor Kelly McParland

Predictably, the reaction of security authorities to the Nigerian man who attempted to blow up a passenger plan landing in Detroit (we're just going to dispense with the "allegedlys" here, if you don't mind) is to make life as miserable as possible for all the people who didn't try to blow up a plane on Christmas morning.

They missed a guy from Nigeria, who was so radicalized that his own father grew frightened about his intentions and notified U.S. authorities. So everyone else has to suffer: old ladies, mothers with babies, students, families on their way to a holiday. Wailing kids are forced to stand around uselessly in a mob of frustrated travellers in a boring airport just so the security people can make a show of how careful they're being, just in case that grandfather from Bute turns out to be an Al-Qaeda mad bomber in disguise. Folks are needlessly humiliated, forced to pry open their bags on the airport floor, dragging out their carefully packed clothes and toiletries, jamming stuff from one suitcase into another to please the new, arbitrary regulations adopted in a panic by a security apparatus in a high state of embarrassment.

While I agree with this, it needs to be pointed out that it is OUR government’s response to what he did, not the bomber himself, that has caused all this heartburn. Instead of saying, “OK, no one who has ever been to Yemen can come to the US, ever, and, oh, we are going to profile and cavity check every Muslim male ages 14-50 who wants to fly to the United States, that is, if we decide to let you come here at all,” our government said, “We are going to PUNISH AND INCONVENIENCE AND ANNOY all the innocent people who are just trying to take a trip and aren’t trying to kill us.”

HEY!

This is an isolated case, which only requires the American courts system to prosecute it.

Yea, I was watching Coulter fight it out with some dumb Dem on Fox last night. The guy was trying to make a point about how this incident was a lapse in competence etc. Then he said “we can’t rest” yadda yadda. I looked at Ann’s face and remembered her “invade their countries” quote and realized that I DO want to rest! I do not WANT to be Israel. I do not want to live in a state of low intensity warfare for another 100 years.

I don’t believe other American’s do either. That gives us two options. The Obama option, roll over and cover your head with the sheets and repeat “there is no war on terror, there is no war on terror”. The other option has not been tried. Kill them until they stop. Punish them like Hiroshima. Unconditional surrender so that we may rest and live at peace again in our own nation.

Careful about dispensing with the “allegedlys”.....there could have been other reaonsable explanations why this man’s underwear experienced spontaneous combustion......do we know where he ate his last meal?

Notice that Fox News is interviewing several passengers? Seems like Fox is doing most of the investigating—wonder if Big Sis gets her info from them too?

Since we can't "profile" young arabic and muslim males, the only thing TSA is ALLOWED to do is to harass, bully, and inconvenience elderly whites!

How can you blame them?

" Punish them like Hiroshima."

And Nagasaki.

Don't forget that even Hiroshima was not enough to convince the Japs to quit, and (only) by comparison to the muslims, the wartime Japs were very models of rational behavior!

Wow. That's hysterical and emotional. All this over airline hijacking? How about we give freedom a chance in America? We know what the solution to airline hijacking is: arm the passengers.

I'm all for sensible immigration. It should be no immigration from Islamic countries and expulsion for all non-citizen muzzies.

We don't have to nuke the world. We can just leave those muzzie countries alone and they'll kill each other.

There are a few hundred terrorists in DC that are doing far more to harm us than a couple dozen muzzie terrrorists ever did. Your government is your worst enemy.

Sometimes we must get to the precipice before we change our ways. Usually only after a massive inconveniance upon our personal freedom will the majority of America unite, sadly it should happen.

I don’t whine about it, I’ll be a bit patient, I will if needed be change my itinerary or travel plans.

I will charter a private pilot if I need to fly, it will cost more but at least I have freedom of movement.

Mecca
Medina

These two cities should top our list of targets...

It is ironic that none of the new security measures would have stopped the bomber last week had they been in place. It goes to show the government will use every incident to place more restrictions on the average citizen while doing nothing to diminish the threat.

Hijacking? There was no attempted hijacking. It was attempted murder of 300 people.

And, to the writer of this article, he wasn't "mad", he was perfectly sane and logical. Let that sink in and you will start to understand what the West is up against.

Well, then. Nuke Africa until there isn't a single living thing on it.

How many people were Harris and Klebold trying to kill. MAybe we should nuke Colorado too.

Remember that mob hitman The Iceman? Kerklutsky or something. He killed over 100 people. Maybe we should nuke New York (or was he from New Jersey?).

...understand what the West is up against.

Haven't you noticed? The West is committing suicide. Everybody seems to agree the next phase is a supernational socialist government that taxes everyone but is accountable to none.

This governmental response is the liberal mental disorder writ large:

Punish the innocent for the sin of the obviously guilty.

It's exactly the sort of pathological retardation that causes violent revolutionary backlash.

Frowning takes 68 muscles.
Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

Now we're going to be bound to our seats, limited in bathroom breaks. . . . The last hour of many flights will turn into the equivalent of a high school detention. . . .

DUmmie FUnnies 12-27-09 ("I cannot stay in my seat the final hour before a flight lands!")

RELIEVING ON A JET PLANE
Tune: "Leaving on a Jet Plane" MIDI

All my bladder's full, I'm ready to go
The stewardess is sayin' no
I hate to wait an hour to drain it dry
But the sign is flashin', we have to sit
The time is over for takin' a sh*t
Already I'm so pissed that I could try

So piss in the aisle with me
Tell me that you'll wait to pee
Hold it till you really have to go
Relievin' on a jet plane
I don't know when we can use the can
Oy vey, I have to go

There's so many times I've held it in
So many times I've forced a grin
While squirmin' in my seat until we land
Every flight I've had, we're overdue
Every rule they add, I sit and stew
The time has come for us to take a stand

So piss in the aisle with me
Tell me that you'll wait to pee
Hold it till you really have to go
Relievin' on a jet plane
I don't know when we can use the can
Oy vey, I have to go

Now the time has come for action
Before I suffer stool impaction
Their silly rules I must now defy
So when your bowels are feelin' weak
When you would like to take a leak
Just drop your drawers, it's time to let it fly

Piss in the aisle with me
Tell me that you'll wait to pee
Hold it till you really have to go
Relievin' on a jet plane
I don't know when we can use the can
Relievin' on a jet plane
I don't know when we can use the can
Relievin' on a jet plane
I don't know when we can use the can
Oy vey, I have to go

I didn’t agree to nuke them, your response indicated that this was a “hijacking” problem. Hijacking was a pre-9/11 threat to airlines. Wholescale murder is the threat now.

The West is killing itself because of naivity, period. It can’t recognize the threat because the threat is too horrible to comprehend. And that means the actions needed to address the threat are not considered.

Not nuking people, but not treating it like a “hijacking” problem either.
