I've Had Enough!
Flopping Aces ^ | 12-27-09 | Nancy Morgan

I have been a law-abiding citizen all my life. I've always played by the rules. That is about to change. The early morning passage yesterday of the Senate health care bill requires every American to purchase health insurance. I refuse. I will not abide by this bill if it is passed into law. And if the government levies a fine, I will not pay it. I've had enough.

There comes a time when a line in the sand must be drawn. I've just drawn mine. I've listened to the outright lies our politicians have spouted in order to pass this legislation, which, by the way, has nothing to do with health care and everything to do with government control.

Democrats declared this bill was deficit neutral. Not so, says the Congressional Budget Office. Alas, this wasn't reported until minutes after the bill passed the Senate

Dems say this bill will allow an additional 30 million people to be covered while not affecting prices. Helloo....this goes contrary to the very basic law of supply and demand.

I've had enough of the back door deals, the outright bribes, the lies, the rush, and the absolute arrogance of our elected officials who patronizingly tell me with a straight face that black is white and if I questions their wisdom, why I must be a loony tea-bagger who doesn't believe in the rule of gravity. Enough!!

voting can’t work because the system is rigged. resistance can’t work because the population is anesthetized. Just like the folks who know we don’t have to pay taxes and resist on principle, those “resisting” this latest predation will be singled out, made examples of, and put away.

“Hope and Change” is Orwellian for “permanent tyranny”. Perhaps for the first time in our history, future generations have less reason to hope than their parents did.

Nothing will change until “all enemies, foreign and domestic” is truly understood and implemented by those who have taken the oath and have the capacity to follow thru.

That's fine. But how does the IRS know you've met that requirement? Did you just call them up?

No paper trail means they do not see income. If you fail to report, and they have a paper trail stating you should have, you are in trouble, obviously. I have been self employed now for over 10 years. The first 5 I did not file. Then when my income reached the minimum requirement to file, I did. Still have not paid much Fed Taxes. All I pay goes to Self Employment Tax (Social Security) of which I expect to see none of in the future. The IRS has been trying to get me on the Alternative Minimum Tax screw, but I do not meet those requirements. Businesses that are run in a fiscally solvent manner show little profits since a prudent business owner is always investing into his company. And if the IRS comes looking for any unreported income these past 5 years, they will find none because their was none.

Some of these people posting here talking about resisting and refusing these punitive government mandates, don't seem to get it. The government will just take their money out of their incomes, taxes, accounts, they'll attach liens to their homes, cars, property etc... It's worked quite well for over 225 years for this government, and has actually grown this government, to the point where they nearly control everything you do.

""Sounds to me like you are perfectly happy living as a slave and working in the marketing department for the IRS.""

Again, where did you get this from my above comment?

Was it not clear in the above paragraph, that I was explaining how this corrupt government would just confiscate their money?

And you use the above to suggest I would be perfectly happy living as a slave and working in the marketing department for the IRS?

Did you miss the part about the "punitive government mandates", slick?

I say your either pretty damn stoopid or are having considerable difficulty reading/understanding what is being stated here.

A citizen going into hiding? No paper trail? No income tax? Credit cards? No home? No car, no license?

We currently have millions of them in our country called illegal aliens.

No we don't. Citizens are documented, by ie: paper trail. Illegals are undocumented, ie: no paper trial.

Isn’t it the unions that call the strikes in France? Maybe we could all join the SEIU and demand a strike! We could all become “organizers.”

Apparently "difficulty reading/understanding what is being stated here" is working both ways.

I took your statement that "The government will just take their money out of their incomes, taxes, accounts, they'll attach liens to their homes, cars, property etc... It's worked quite well for over 225 years for this government, and has actually grown this government, to the point where they nearly control everything you do" in the context of a thread about a whole new mandated purchasing requirement as being from someone who is comfortable with the situation and advocating for it.

When that statement was combined with the comment about 'communist countries making it work', it sounds like advocating and accepting. If I misread your intent, I apologize. As I said, I know the potential exists for governments to use any brutal methods necessary to force people to comply, but we are in uncharted waters now with mandates being added to the equation. And if we are looking at a situation where a mandated purchase will be taken at gunpoint, then this isn't American any longer.

Yes, I really believe that.

I know quite a few physicians who collect a little less than 50% of what they bill.

They are not second or third tier physicians but trained at Harvard, Hopkins, and other good places. They don’t even both to bill Medicaid because it costs more to bill than what they collect.

The parasites in this country are not going to get second rate care. They’re either on Medicare, Medicaid or they stiff the physicians.

And BTW I am not going to give my my health insurance. I believe in personal responsibility.

Illegals are undocumented, ie: no paper trial.

I know someone in California employing illegals who are filing tax returns every year. And the feddies send them their refunds to their doors. Basically, illegals with false social security numbers. But most illegals choose to be paid in cash and buy everything in cash. In the past they could get credit cards and bank accounts with false documents, but nowadays the illegals know credit cards are harder to get and who the heck wants a bank account anymore anyway ? What I am basically illustrating is the historical fact that all tyrants create the means of their own eventual destruction. And our feddies are especially good at that. Just look at the National debt for another example.

Unions and students seem to find a lot of time to strike and protest.

I’ve said it before, and it’s radical but necessary- Radio and TV studios need to be overrun and taken over, and we’ll begin broadcasting “patriotic music”.

We need to mobilize against the fifth column.
You not only get publicity, but you control the broadcasting.

Dog Day Afternoon. It gets people’s attention.

A friend of mine saw a billboard when in Mexico a couple of years ago that basically said "go to the US and get a free house". They were giving "liar" loans to illegal Mexicans who thought they'd make 50 K a year in appreciation and could re-fi each year and live on the equity gain in a house there is no way they could afford to rent much less own in the real world. All for just signing an X on the dotted line. And they wonder why the housing market collapsed. Morons. But then even GWB said that everyone who is in this country ought to own a house. Social liberal policies and ideology were not just confined to the Democrat party.

Anyway, I’ve got to get back to work at my IRS job...I have an ACORN meeting later after work and I am guest speaker, in which I’ll be presenting a short video titled, “Illegal aliens have rights too.”

Until gay married couples in the military can adopt illegal aliens using food stamps to pay for Cadillacs, your job here isn’t done. :)

Sorry for the ground gears, FRiend.

Don't think I want to know what that means.

At any rate, anytime I can help out the feddies, I am all down for that man. In fact, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the G-Men for that lovely Jury Duty Holiday gift. I am down for it man and will give it my all.

Have a great New Year !

Let us know what prison they’ve got you in.

Some of our surname ancestors came to North America on British prison ships decades before there ever even was a United States.

While we still have our freedom, some will choose prison, some will choose the underground, some will just get along and eventually some will fight. Think I will be choosing the underground for the first few years. Unfortunately only very few will actually get to enjoy the tyrants reign.

You’re right. When it comes right down to it, PFC Sadsack is not going to risk a trip to Leavenworth because he’s not sure about the constitutionality of his orders. Instead, he’ll just hose you down with rifle slugs and get on with life.

I love all these armchair Nathan Hales who say they’re going to bravely resist the government. When faced with the reality of defying the feds — losing everything they own, including their families, and going to Big Boy Prison — they’ll cave like a wet paper bag in a hurricane.

It’s easy to be a Wolverine when you’re a guy sitting in his nice warm house with a bellyful of Christmas leftovers. But when a man in a uniform with a gun in his hands comes to that same house and tells the same guy to pay up or get in the truck, he’ll pay up every time.

Anyone with the guts to refuse did so long ago. The real Wolverines are all in federal prison now. Anyone who’s not in federal prison already is just another loudmouthed idiot trying to look tough on the Internet.

If you were the type to choose the “underground”, you would have done it by now.
