Years ago, they use to come to my door on a regular basis. Then, I got the bright idea of telling 2 where I went to church and they have not been back. Guess they did not want to talk to poor wittle me after that. BTW, I go to a well known Southern Baptist Church here. Some guys use to come here too but when I told them where I went they stopped coming by too.

My mother always exchanged lit with them. One time (first time in a couple years) a group stopped by. after about 2 minutes, one gal said ‘I think I have been here before’...I about wet myself laughing so hard...

I have JH in my extended family. I should probably know more about them, same with other christian ‘variations’ (being nice here). Differences seem to come down to ‘Jesus is God’. Not ‘became like God’, but ‘is God’. That seems to be a major sticking point to every other ‘variation’...

Many years ago I worked nights. It wasn't easy to get enough sleep in the daytime and after being wakened a few times by salesmen and missionaries I made a big sign for the front door.

Lo and behold a couple of Jehovah's Witness ladies showed up, AND KNOCKED ON THE SIGN!

I answered the door just like I sleep, NAKED!

IT WORKED, THEY NEVER WOKE ME UP AGAIN!

I am a German WW2 Reenactor. One saturday, I was trying on my new German tunic and trousers to make sure all the ribbons were in place and straight and the boots fit when The doorbell rang. Thinking it was the guy accross the street, I figured it would a good laugh to answer the door in uniform.
Imagine the surprised look on the JW faces when a guy wearing a Whermacht uniform opened the door.
They havent been back since.
