I live in Nebraska and I can't stand Nelson. But why would the threat of closing Offutt affect his vote anyway? It shouldn't. He should vote against the bill and DARE the white house to close Offutt.

Nelson is either a man who believes in the greatness of the USA or he's going to be another pawn to Obama. I'm sure he'll be a pawn, because there are very, very few men in Congress anymore, let alone one who is a democrat.
