There is no global warming but the unusual sun activity and volcanoes under the ice make it look like global warming to the idiots.

Dr Rajendra K Pachauri began his career at Varanasi, the place where the most devout Hindus flock to swim in the Ganges (as an aside and preparatory to what I'm going to propose next).
Along the way he got involved in LGBT activities (wonder why that?) and he mixes his professional life with his felt need to pursue the Hindu philosophy of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, not that there's anything wrong with that, but with his religious based vegetarianism, you really can't think of this guy like you can a Western scientist.
He clearly mixes his religion with his work.
According to a number of Hindu sources, Surya, is the Sun god (in their belief system) and sometimes identified with Saturan in ancient Western belief systems.
I found that I can't dig through the Surya materials without running into repeated references to Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, and vice versa. There appears to be a curious inter-relatedness involved.
Unless someone can prove otherwise, I'm going to think the IPCC is directed by a guy who wants its reports to conform to his religious belief that the Sun-god is pure, immutable, and not involved in the affairs of men.
