as far as I'm concerned. I've loved my country my entire life, and I've never let anyone take that from me. In time, I had to wake up to the fact that the hard left had replaced the formerly patriotic Democrat party, and I left their camp to sign on with the Republicans. I had always been a conservative. I just didn't have a word for it. I just thought of myself as an American.

So do I understand this correctly that Egg Boy threw an egg at ardent Palin supporter and longtime eloquent online blogger, Adrienne Ross? The truth is that I found what little I've heard about this incident so very vile that I've actually avoided reading about it.

Do you by any chance know if Adrienne Ross is scheduled for any television interviews? I haven't turned on the set for over an entire month, but I certainly will if she's hitting the TV talk shows.

Afterall, I imagine that The View just can't wait to book her..... but I suppose not until after Little Katie Cutie Couric interrogates her. [ /sarc. ]

Thanks for the comments on the egg throwing incident in Rochester, NY. This actually took place before the tomato guy attempted to hit Governor Palin.

Interestingly enough, the very first real book that I ever read (as a child) was about the Colonial Army's winter at Valley Forge. The images and tension of that historic fight for America's freedom stayed with me throughout my youth, and gave me a deep appreciation for the patriotic sacrifices that enabled the bounty which was bequeathed to me.

I think that as more Americans begin to realize how perilous our national situation is, we will see "inner" patriots spring forth all over the country. Real life and death threats to liberty have a tendency to bring out the best in people who love their homeland.

At any rate, it's an honor to share this forum with you.

She and another person from Team Sarah were on Glenn Beck's show a few weeks back with a bunch of other people, but I don't think they were interviewed.
