Over the years, Islamic jihadist terrorists claiming to act in the name of Islam have targeted mass transit systems around the world.
No doubt because of this history, security authorities in Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada are taking appropriate measures to guard against such an attack, especially during the upcoming Olympic Games to be held there.
The transit police in Vancouver are planning on using specially-trained bomb-sniffing dogs to detect explosive devices in the Vancouver transit system.
So what does a local Muslim leader in Vancouver, Shawket Hassan, have to say about all this?
He is “worried” about bomb sniffing dogs because dogs are considered unclean in Islam and Muslims might get touched by such dogs while on their way to pray.

Great post! Some have theorized the muslim thing about dogs being unclean is why Barry Hussein was reluctant to get a dog at first.

You don’t have to take the transit and neither does any other Muslim. Their religion above public safety. Nope.

Yeah....but dog spelled backwards is NOT "allah". Maybe he should be thanking the REAL God. The one that does NOT teach that you must kill innocents in his name, but to forgive your enemies.
If Mr. Hassan does not like the way Vancouver runs its public transit system, he can 1) not use it and encourage other Muslims not to use it or 2) return to his native land, where I am the public transit systems are managed more to his liking. It is his obligation to accommodate us, in our efforts to keep ourselves safe from terrorists; it is not our obligation to accommodate him.

You know, these Muslims are so big on this cleanliness thing with their foot baths and their pearly white mosques. But I don’t care how much they clean themselves, they still smell like crap, sometimes even more than your average bum on the street.
Better yet—keep your Muslim asses off the transit system.
