Arlington, TX - The Bowling Proprietors' Association of America (BPAA), the bowling industry's leading trade association, announced today that the bowling industry rolled a strike, securing Sarah Palin as the keynote speaker at this summer's International Bowl Expo 2010.
"Sarah Palin is a great friend to the bowling industry and we're so proud and honored to welcome her as our keynote speaker at International Bowl Expo 2010," said Steven Johnson, executive director of the BPAA. "Regardless of your political affiliation, Ms. Palin is a force in American politics and culture. Her presence underscores the impact and importance of bowling, one of our country's leading national pastimes and a growing $10 billion industry."
The Jason Linkins at Sarah Palin loving The Huffington Post had this to say (1/3 of Huff site dedicated to Sarah):
I love this- Let’s organize a “Bowling for dollars” tournament to raise campaign funds for her!!!
$10 billion?
Cry yer eyes out, Little Katie Couric, for you will NEVER be asked to speak there.
A few points: 1. I thought SP made fun of politicos bowling in Juneau in Going Rogue.
2. Reagan spoke to all kinds of groups like this before he ran for governor.
3. Who operates bowling alleys? Small business owners i.e. her target audience for any political campaign.
I’m not even on this thread, you can let up on the posting to me.
By now.

This is very ironic because of that incident during last year’s campaign that Obama couldn’t break 100, and bowled like a little girl.
I can’t wait to see the comparative photos from Zero’s bowling adventure... We’ll, actually I just want the Sarah photos.
The leftist loons are coming unglued and unhinged, even more than usual, since they are seeing all those thousands of people lining up at book signing events, and the news that over 1 million copies of Going Rogue have been sold. I hope they extend Palin’s book siging tour another week so she can hit another 10 or 12 cities, and give the loons even more to worry about.
I bet she can out bowl Zero.
I couldnt break one hundred, but then again I was in a drinking league.
We said we were drinkers with a bowling problem.
