The philosophical basis of Hegelian/Marxist philosophy is antithetical not only to the family; it is irreconcilable with the rights of women everywhere. The philosophy is, at its core, misogynist. Hitching the feminist wagon to Marxism was, and is, the feminine mistake. In this article, I will dig deeply into the Marxist notions about women, the family, and the workplace. As I will show, Marxism, and the far left, are not female friendly.
First a little history: Betty Friedan (1921-2006) is often cited as the pioneer of the modern women's rights movement. Friedan co-founded the National Organization for Women (NOW) in 1966. Her 1963 book, The Feminine Mystique, is credited with launching radical feminism in America. What is not often discussed is how entrenched this movement was with the radical left and international communism.

Someone tell me the name of a feminist who is not an atheist.
It was no mistake by those that did the hitching. They were/are socialists first, second, and third all the way to last. Feminism is merely the tool to form one more proliferating clutch of organizations to agitate for the breakdown of the society and the stamping out of traditions and of nature in the quest for Utopian Socialism.
Well, er, Pelosi claims to be both a feminist and a Catholic but in reality I don’t think she’s much of either.

Exactly — spot on.

Well, 99% of female pastors in mainline denominations would say they are, for starters. If you ask, how many feminists are Biblical Christians, you’d have an entirely different outcome.
I actually met Betty Freidan in 1971 and I remember feeling sorry for her. She struck me as very tired, over-wraught and lonely. I suspect she had a very troubled childhood; just instinct, as she seemed to have a frightened look about her.
Many years later I read somewhere that she said that she was sorry that she hadn’t tried to make her marriage to the father of her children (not sure how many she had) work out. She seemed to be very fond of her children.
Back in the ‘70’s was an interesting time to be an observer of the social landscape.
Does the bible say that females are allowed to be pastors?
Nope - and there’s the rub. Most hold dichotomous principles of feminist ideals while claiming the mantle Christian leadership. Christ did, indeed, liberate women - but he opened the door to them to be what they - and men - were truly created to be - not what secular idiots preach. Like the Marxist oriented Libertation-Theology adherents, they’re wrong on all counts.
