Fox News Poll: Which Republican Could Beat Obama?
Governor Palin 4 President ^

Posted on 11/09/2009 8:46:45 PM PST by MaxCUA

According to Bill O’Reilly’s week long poll it is Governor Sarah Palin:

Sarah Palin: 30% Huckabee: 29% Romney: 25% Gingrich:16%

I find it odd that the numbers were only announced by Mr O’Reilly and not released. I would say the results are actually much better for Sarah Palin. Sarah Palin typically has a much larger margin of victory against the three respectable but boring Huckabee, Romney & Gingrich. But a win is still a win.

I thought it was interesting what Huckabee had to say about Sarah Palin...

Hold on a second... this doesn’t fit the narrative I’ve been fed over and over this year. Sarah Palin can actually win? Who knew?

Of those 4 the only one I'd vote for is Palin. I'd be more than happy to examine other choices, but if they're just going to trot out another McCain RINO type then it'll be proof the GOP is actually trying to get Obama reelected.

Which Republican Could Beat Obama?

ANY Republican who has the gonads to actually run AGAINST Obama instead of kissing his half-lily-white rump.

In other words, Sarah Palin.

RomneyCare is disqualifying.

Huckabee needs to be grounded in economic conservatism, not populism.

I say none of them. The GOP needs a fresh, new face to throw in the mix instead of these recycled polititians.

Wow... 65% of respondents are frightfully ignorant.

Huckabee - Do you *really* see this guy having a strong foreign policy? Really? No, really? I can’t stand listening to him talk either; I’ve met trailer trash more insightful than this. Hell, Bush sounded more intelligent.

Romney - Rick Perry wannabe with his own health socialized care plan. Mmk?

Gingrich - global warming & Pelosi, RINO endorsing elitist.

I like Condi, but Palin/Bachmann would be my dream ticket at this point.

I read something about John Thune possibly running the other day, but I think he has some RINO-ish tendencies.

I thought this was going to prove to be another clueless poll like last weeks , where Palin was 3rd or 4th. FINALLY, I see she shows as first, which is intuitively obvious to millions of Americans, but only to a few talking heads on FOX apparently. There will be a continuing Jihad against Palin as soon as her book comes out, don’t bet against it, all in the attempt to reverse, or slow down her momentum.
The likes of MSM, Matthews, CNN, Overbite, etc. will be dismantling it every day on their shows. It will ONLY increase her popularity. This lady made the most astonishing impression the moment she strode across the national stage, that I wouldn’t be surprised if she built on it, and sustained it month by month even to the point that those that now consider themselves ‘likely’ just chuck it all and say “Hell, she should be our nominee”. I really think this is how it will happen.

Sarah would be a good neighbor or friend. She is not suited for public office. There must be a young Republican governor out there to campaign for POTUS.

Not suited for public office? You do realize she has been elected to public office twice.

I'm hip.

Both Sarah and Michelle have shown more guts and kahunas than anyone else out there. And that includes Huck and Romney, who remained silent on NY23, and who still remain silent on Obama Care.
