It has come to this, America. Democrats have decided that if you don't agree with their policies, you are to be fined. And if you don't pay the fine, you are a criminal and will be sentenced to jail. That's right, Democrats are criminalizing dissent.
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has decided to leave language in her heatlhcare bill that criminalizes and prescribes jail time for any American that does not want to buy private healthcare insurance. Think of this, America. I am telling you that the U.S. Congress has decided to force you to buy the product of a privately owned corporation! The power of the U.S. federal government has never been used to purchase something from a private company but here comes San Fran Nancy to do just that. But, let's face it. She is only taking her cue from the big guy and his "Chicago way" sort of political thuggery.
The Joint Committee on Taxation issued a letter (Download pdf file) in reply to Representative Dave Crump's inquiry about the matter of the criminal penalties of refusing to buy healthcare insurance should Pelosi's version of Obamacare pass.

How is this any different from your taxes? Try not paying your taxes as “political dissent” and see what happens.

Before WWII started, FDR’s thugs were sounding like Pelosi, Reid, and other current fascist rats in congress. My Grandfather told his family, “If they come to arrest you, make them take you out feet first. Before then, make sure you take out as many of them as you can.”
He felt they would stop the arrests when their costs got too high.
I for one, shall not go quietly into the night.
The very first LEO who would apprehend a dissenting citizen should be met with armed resistance.
If we allow one person lose property or freedom because of this unconstitutional bill, we deserve to lose our liberty.

We need to scare the Hades out of elected representatives.
It's time for all of us to reclaim of sovereignty lost under Woodrow Wilson. The process is called "Redepmtion." It ain't easy opting out of "The System," but it is doable. First steps: rescind your birth certificate, SS# & driver's & marriage license. If we *really* don't want to be slaves of the State, we must do this & start living our lives as sovereigns with inaliable rights given by God.

They can denie medical coverage - IF you don't do "this" your child won't get the operation... Or your father won't get the pacemaker...
Or if have unapproved behavior (smoking, rock climbing, hunting, etc) they will deny healthcare. They do it in England today.
