The House of Representatives, its members and its leaders have not gotten the message. They still are bent on enacting health care reform that is everything but health care reform.
It is the most egregious act ever undertaken by any Congress in the history of the republic. It is the most substantial step toward statism and socialistic government yet attempted by anyone. It is, many say, a step toward government control from which the country cannot recover. It is intolerable and unacceptable, and if it passes we are no longer any of the things that have made this country exceptional in the history of the world; we are just one more nation under control of its government.
who do we get to file charges against congress
Orly Taitz to the 9th Circuit?
Congress doesn’t live in my country anymore.
Yes, they are traitors. There was a time in this country when such reprobates would have been dealt with summarily.
Question for an Attorney: If this does not take effect until 2013 can it not be overturned by a new Congress in the next Election Cycle before any damage is done?
There won’t be any way that we can file charges against them. We will have to get justice in other ways.
I’ll bring the rope.
What is being proposed is TOTALLY unconstitutional. Hope it gets to the SCOTUS before Obama does.
Strange. The link that didn’t work was copied from the actual hard link on the AC page.
It lacks an s on “news”
Sorry.

Thanks

Kinda misses the point, doesn’t it?
Not only misses, but a Twilight Zone quality to it.
