From an earlier article, "We were looking at Class 3 misdemeanor, which hardly seems serious enough given the circumstances," Alderden said. "We are talking to the district attorney, federal officials to see if perhaps there aren't additional federal charges that are appropriate in this circumstance."
"Nobody should be able to pull the wool over our eyes, take advantage of our emotions, and manipulate us with our fears with impunity and get away with it--oh, how's Obama doing? I think he's doing a really great job."

Imagine a book deal based on a jerkball story that could be told in 4 sentences. Ah well, it wouldn’t be the first time.

They showed clips of him in the Wife Swap show. Appears to be a real loose cannon.

My understanding is that Child Protective Services has opened an investigation. Once those ant-family rights nazis get involved don’t be suprised if a parent’s worst nightmare begins.

Once those ant-family rights nazis get involved dont be suprised if a parents worst nightmare begins. There should be some form of punishment, but I don't think anyone's interests, including the state's, would be served by breaking up that family. Those kids seem lively and happy, and probably very bright. No reason to destroy their world, just require some changes in their parents behavior.

Good! and I want 2 hours of my life back!
Aditionally, I want damages for nearly losing my breath hoping that kid would survive.

Only the brain-dead MSM would waste any more time on this buffoon.
It's a free country. Want to publish books about this scam artist? Have at it.
I wouldn't buy a copy either before or after he does some jail time.

You know, from very early on, I would have agreed.
But balluniac has a very lovely wife and three precocious boys, and while it was a dam stupid stunt, nobody was hurt.
I’m not sure jail time or criminal charges would make anybody better.
BUT....!!!!!
If I was a judge, I’d lay it on the line to ballooneytunes that if I saw his face on a camera anytime in the next 50 years, there’d be hell to pay!
He should fade into earned and deserved anonymity and obscurity. H. G. Wells he ain’t!!!
