I don't think so. I was born in the United States to an American father and a mother who held Canadian citizenship. I was never told that I was not natural born.
You are a citizen. The generic form. Unless you have aspirations to the Presidency, this is more than adequate.
You were also never told that you were. For most of us, the matter wasn't discussed, because unless you are running for President, it doesn't affect any aspect of your life.
You are natural born. Rest assured that if you campaigned for president and won the election, you'd be sworn into office by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, as was recently another man born to a similar situation.
“I was never told that I was not natural born.”
So, were you ever told you were?
You were unnaturally born. LOL
Seriously, my understanding is that the definition of “natural born” which is included in the Law of Nations at the time of the constitution is both parents are citizens.
You’re a citizen, a native born citizen. But you are not a nutural born citizen if the above definition holds up as being the founders intent.
Has anyone ever legally challenged your eligibility for POTUS????
