I don't think so. I was born in the United States to an American father and a mother who held Canadian citizenship. I was never told that I was not natural born.

You were also never told that you were. For most of us, the matter wasn't discussed, because unless you are running for President, it doesn't affect any aspect of your life.

True. I've been offered dual citizenship from Canada for 25 years. I'll never do it; I think you can only have allegience to one nation.
