No he has not provided a certified copy of his long form COLB. He has only provided (on the internet no less) a suspected forged document.

That document is a COLB, and it came from him, so he has. It doesn't have to be a "long form".
Anything can be "suspected" forged. I can say something is forged and then says it is "suspected forged". So what? There is no evidence it is forged.
