Love the lab coats.
Adds just the right touch of staging, don't it?
I actually first heard about this from a 6 year old I was driving to work, yesterday afternoon, after picking him up from his school along with his sister (I teach gymnastics, and they both take classes). He asked me why the president was with doctors (he must have seen this on tv at school, or something). I had no idea what he was referring to, but said it probably had to do with healthcare reform (as opposed to President Obama being in need of medical attention).
President Obama recruited a group of doctors today to help make a final push of health care through Congress."The reason these doctors are here is because they have seen firsthand what's broken about our health care system," Obama said, referring to his guests from all 50 states who converged on the White House Rose Garden.

They all tried with zero and concluded ........ no balls.
“I’m not a doctor but I play one at staged White House Rose Garden press events.”
Yes, but can Obama tap dance to Puttin’ on the Ritz?
Worse - the White House actaully handed out numerous white lab coats to those not wearing one - who’s to say they were all real doctors?
Wow. The Klan’s changed.
Reminds me when I read about how Evita Peron had parades with nurses marching, smartly dressed, nails manicured and in matching lipstick. Then the author goes “yet no one knew where they had recieved their training and experience.”
It’s all a parade.
"Doctor. Doctor. Doctor. Doctor. Doctor. Doctor. Doctor. Doctor. Doctor. Doctor. Doctor. And ... doctor."
"Boy ... glad I'm not sick!"
Silly, silly USA Today...should’nt that read ‘doctors from all 57 states?’
time to tell them to shove it up their own a$$!!!
I don’t recognize an Indian in the bunch....
They were probably seeing patients......
Maybe DR’s but apparently NOT MD’s....
Don’t see a stethoscope in the house, a real GP would be more likely to have a stethoscope and a thermometer in his pocket....and a nurse in the area
There was a picture floating around earlier showing the white house staff passing out the lab coats to the doctors. So F’N PHONY, this administration.
Those in attendance are probably from Zero’s administrative pool, slated to be the ones that tell us what treatments are not needed.
Per an IBD (Investors Business Daily) survey; 2/3rds of the country's MDs say ØbozoCare is a disaster AND 45% of the same lot say they would seriously consider 'retiring or quitting' their practice if or when ØbozoCare is a reality.
Hmmmmm!!
Really. If I could do that photoshop thing, I would top each "doctor" with a toque. Instant kitchen staff meeting.
