Lefty peace creeps aren’t going to like that. Personally, I think the Dalai Lama is a slave driver in saffron robes, so screw him.

However, BO did leave a letter advising the Dalai how to be a better Buddhist, and an ipod uploaded with BO speeches... sarc

Not since the Babalonian Empire has a leader “dissed” so very many people in such a short time. Obnama is nuts and America is stuck with a cracked pot POTUS until 2012.

Lefty hipsters haven’t cared about Tibet since the Beastie Boys fell off the face of the earth. And even then, they didn’t have the fainst idea what they were supporting anyway. “Free Tibet” was nothing but a bumper sticker.

Damn near half of the country thinks this crackpot dictator in training is their savior. What we have here is an irreconcilable difference of Biblical proportions.

I understand the politics, but I’ve never made much sense out of what this guy has to say. He is like a big man child.....

Yo Lama...how bout a little something for the effort?
To: WhistlingPastTheGraveyard
It’s going to make Richard Geer cry. Since when did the left need a faint idea to support something?

But they do express support for the Dalai Lama, so this must present a problem of sorts for them. Poor Richard Gere, for example. What’s a hollywood celeb to do when two favorite causes collide like this? It was bound to happen sooner or later, I guess, and it will be fun to see how they juggle and rationalize. I suppose it will be Bush’s fault. Anyway, I’m feeling much more loyalty to China being shown than I’m entirely comfortable with. Can you say Chairman Mao? I knew you could.
