I think that people should be imprisoned for failure to obey the Dear Leader, or for publicly disagreeing with the Chosen One. Such things should not be tolerated.

What about the Amish, Old Order Mennonites and others who insure through their churches? Will whole churches, whole comunities be imprisoned?
We need to look at setting up extremely limited computer access Freeper chapters in prisons for those of us who are going for ignoring these communists.

Civil disobedience is good now and then. Properly orchestrated it can move mountains.
What will they do when thousands blow them off? Or more?
We have a few years to figure this out and make plans with our loved ones before the hammer falls.

This requirement is clearly unconstitutional based upon Article I, Section 9 - “No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.”
It won’t be a jail...it will be a CAMP, where you may “work” to satisfy your debt to the collective.
We know...except that with this prez and this congress, if I may paraphrase: “We don’t need no steekin’ Constitution!!”
Well of course everyone will be thrown in jail except the illegal aliens.
Right it would have to be camps not jails. The camp for bad girls and boys.
They don’t need jail to get people to comply. Making it financially difficult for non-compliance will do the job.
I hear that you get free health coverage in prison ...
They’re just going to use it to confiscate your property. Instead of jailing you, they will impose a fine, and if you refuse to pay then they dock your pay, and if you don’t have a wage job they can parasitize, they will put a lien on your property, and if you don’t pay they will sell your property at auction to their cronies. They’re after the money. If they resort to jailing people, it will only be after ripping you off first. And then only a few people, separated far from eachother, may be jailed to gin up more fear so people submit quietly to the theft. I don’t expect them to try mass jailings because that would inspire people to organize against the communists.
That’s why we need to stick together now. Otherwise they will pass this scheme and devour everything one bite at a time.
I think any fines will be payable to the IRS. That way any noncompliance is treated as tax evasion and the noncomplier gets the full force of the IRS against him.
