Team Spartan takes the time to conduct combat lifesaver team internal refresher training during the Eid Ul-Fitr break.
While our Iraqi counterparts are on vacation celebrating Eid ul-Fitr our team took this opportunity to conduct Combat LifeSaver training. I chose the youngest guy on the team to practice on me with the IV. As you can see the way we do needle sticks is a bit different from what you get in a hospital office. I don't think anyone on TEAM SPARTAN will ever make a good nurse.. but we can all start IV fluids on our buddies on the battlefield.

It has been a long time since I posted anything on FR... been a bit busy here in Iraq... All is going well.. as you can see I have a great team!
HOOOAH !
TEAM SPARTAN !
Dave,
You are one sick dude.
How is that my FRiend?
Hello David. Thanks for checkin in.
Keep it quiet over there and thanks for your service.
I know exactly where the “good vein” is on my arm... and I make sure everyone on my team knows how to find it in case they ever need to find it on the battlefield... :)
I always bring my good veins with me to the lab. The tech would have to be deaf and dumb in both eyes to miss it.
Needless to say, I always tell ‘em “You’re good” when they tap in without creating a problem - aka pain.
They say “Thank You” and I reply, “No, Thank You!”
Stay Safe!
BTTT
Keep safe...godspeed!
hahaha good luck
What a bloody mess! Stay safe if you can Dave.
..God bless DO!
Thanks for the ping. I am so so glad you are doing well. Please stay safe. Thank you for all you do for us and the country. We are so blessed.
May the Lord bless all of you.
Way to go David. Thank you for your service. Keep up the Good Work!
