When Fuk-if-i-no released that statement on Barry being a natural born citizen, I knew the fix was in.

Apparently, Leo and Co. are looking into how Fuk-if-i-no and the Hawaii Attorney General Mark Bennett collaborated on her statement.

Interesting. It was in 1961, the year of the Anointed One’s birth, that I first became aware of that classic Pacific novel “Hawaiian Rape”, by Kaman Aiwanalaya.

It could bolster his claim to native birth in Hawaii.

Thank you for challenging Obama's eligibility in the state of Hawaii, using their own UIPA statutes and policies to fight HRS §338-18 and HRS §338-19. The state of Hawaii is the best place to get access to birth records to put this portion of the eligibility questions to rest — not through the federal court system that has repeatedly dismissed cases due to lack of standing.

Two important points:

First, if Obama's birth records have been AMENDED, yet no notation is on his online Certification of Live Birth, it will independently CONFIRM that the Obama's FightTheSmears, as well as the FactCheck birth certificates are frauds. This will open the floodgate of old and new eligibility lawsuits, as the DNC, Congress and the American people were duped by fraudulent documents.

Obama's online Certification of Live Birth was also used as the primary prima facie by his lawyers in legal responses to ongoing and dismissed cases against Obama/Soetoro (PACER as of Feb 09). Obama will likely try to point blame at campaign workers or other proxies, but will be unable to deny complicity in this — because he NEVER denied his infamous birth certificates were frauds, despite having more than a year to do so.

Second, if we soon discover that Obama's birth records were AMENDED, yet his Certification of Live Birth legally is permitted to NOT reflect any "AMENDMENT" notation, it very, VERY likely means he was ADOPTED and those records are SEALED, as Hawaii state law and Health Dept policy permits.

This would beg OTHER questions, such as:

- Did Obama lose his US citizenship after being in Indonesia, after five years or immediately, when accepting his step-father Soetoro's name from an Indonesian marriage in (circa) 1966 (Indonesian law did not permit dual citizenship until 2006)?
- Did Obama go through the proper naturalization steps as a child upon re-entry to the US as a child in 1972?
- Did Obama use an Indonesian passport as an adult, also having implications on his US citizenship (US State Dept Policy)?
- Did Obama legally change his name back to Barack Hussein Obama II from Barry Soetoro, and IF so, WHEN? [if he did, it was likely on one of his trips to Hawaii last year, when his attorneys alerted him to the problem]
