Pending Litigation: Hawaii Confirms That Obama’s Vital Records Have Been Amended.
I will be assisting one of my readers in filing litigation in Hawaii state circuit court pursuant to her ongoing request for public information denied by Hawaii officials. (Readers of my blog will recognize her as MissTickly aka TerriK.)Correspondence sent to TerriK by Hawaii officials indicates that President Obama’s vital records have been amended and official records pertaining thereto are maintained by the state of Hawaii.
I will issue a full statement and press release on behalf of TerriK via this blog in the days ahead. This statement will include a complete history of correspondence between TerriK and Hawaii state officials in the Office of Information Practices (OIP) and the Department of Health (DoH).

TerriK has standing to pursue this action under the statute. The UIPA manual states:
“Any person” may make a request for government records under part II, the Freedom of Information section of the UIPA. “Person” is defined broadly to include an individual, government agencies, partnerships and any other legal entities.
Under part II, a government agency generally may not limit access to public records based on who the requester is or the proposed use of the record.

If Obama is found to have another father, according to vital records or any other proof, then he has committed fraud.
If, the vital records show another father, then uh oh! Barry got some splainin’ to do.
It would be at variance with the COLB. Document Fraud.
He would be in jeopardy of knowledge, forbearance and intent.
Then we would demand:
Those kindergarten records be returned.
The BC he used to enter college
The BC he used to obtain a passport
and most importantly - He has admitted to having one, in his possession, which he found among his mother's belongings when she passed away.
Oh, and I think we are going to need to see those passport records and admission records for college
Probably more but, we will wait and see.

Note that Harris' first name is apparently "Leiutenant", it is not a rank, and should not have been abbreviated (neither should his life)...

The point is he can be an illegitimate child and there be no be fraud on the COLB. Does the COLB say the word MARRIED anywhere??? It says father. In the US, you can be married to someone else and STILL PUT THE REAL “FATHER”s name under “FATHER”..parents can not be married and put the fathers name under “FATHER”

how about this. My analysis is more accurate than Donofrio’s about Obama’s british citizenship. The fact that people have tried to point the law out to him and he deletes the comments shows to me that he doesn’t care about the law if it doesn’t fit his agenda.
Different father is a whole different deal. There are so many twists and turns that effect the overall puzzle.

DISCOVERY is the Point. Who cares if the case is successful in the end or not, the whole POINT is to get it to discovery, and for that you need Standing. The case that will be filed in Hawaii has standing.
