Basil? Basil Fawlty? I love salmon, but I *think* I best skip it.

Being from the northwest this is also a very good recipie:
Salmon filet
Chunks of butter placed on top of the filet
A few capers
Some fresh dill places on top of the filet
Lemon slices laid on top of the filet
All quantities depend on your liking.....
Wrap all in tinfoil
Place on BBQ for approx 30 minutes
YUM!

After his days in Monty Python, John Cleese played the luckless “Basil Fawlty”, the owner of a falling-down old Inn named “Fawlty Towers”. Everything he did seemed to go dreadfully sour, be it putting in a doorway, fixing a roof, balancing the books, or helping prepare a simple meal for his guests...

That sounds good! I got three nice humpies, and a 13 LB. SILVER out of the Snohomish River yesterday. We just might give it a try.
