Not quite sure how else you'd interpret this screen grab. I'm sure Maxine Waters would like a few questions answered, though. Unless of course this was her screen grab to begin with.

Google is Ethnist and according to Goyle they are a Dark Death Eater!
Almost certainly someone just faked Google's page. Find another suggested search, save the source code and change the suggestion and take a screen grab of that.
I have seen this before, it looks fake.
i am calling on congress to hold emergency hearings on this blatant form of racism!
